Technical issues shouldn't get in the way of your mental health education. Here's how to resolve common video playback problems.

Quick fixes to try first

Internet connection

  • Check your internet speed (we recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD streaming)

  • Try switching from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa) to test

  • Move closer to your WiFi router if possible

  • Restart your internet modem/router

Browser troubleshooting

  • Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Disable browser extensions/plugins temporarily

  • Try an incognito/private browsing window

  • Switch to a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best)

Device-specific solutions

  • Close other applications using internet bandwidth

  • Restart your device

  • Update your browser to the latest version

  • Ensure your device has sufficient storage space

Video quality adjustment

  • Try lowering the video quality if available

  • Our platform typically auto-adjusts, but manual adjustment can help

Mobile device tips

  • Ensure the MedCircle website is optimized for mobile viewing

  • Try rotating your device to landscape mode

  • Check that your mobile browser is updated
