How can I cancel my membership?

The cancellation process depends on when and how you signed up for your MedCircle membership.

Legacy Users

If you signed up for MedCircle through our platform, you can cancel your subscription directly:

On Desktop/Web Browser:

  1. Log in to your MedCircle Mighty Network account

  2. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner

  3. Select "Plans and Access" from your profile menu

  4. Find your active MedCircle subscription

  5. Click "Cancel Subscription"

On Mobile Device:

  1. Navigate to a mobile web browser and log in to your account

  2. Go to Profile > Your Purchases > Active Subscriptions

  3. Select your MedCircle subscription and click "Cancel Subscription"

Important: You'll retain access to your membership until the end of your current billing period. The cancellation will take effect on your next billing date, and you will not be charged further.

Non-Legacy Users (all other subscribers)

If you signed up for MedCircle through other channels or our main website, please contact our support team to cancel your subscription:

  1. Contact Support - Reach out to our customer support team

  2. Receive Portal Link - We'll provide you with a secure link to your customer portal

  3. Complete Cancellation - Follow the instructions in the portal to cancel your membership
