Legacy Users
If you subscribed to MedCircle through our community platform directly, here’s how to manage your billing details within the community:
Log in to your MedCircle community–either via web or the mobile app.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Plans and Access (sometimes labeled "Your Settings" → "Plans and Access")
Under your active subscription, click Billing or Payment Method.
Select Update Payment Method (or similar), then enter your new credit card details.
Save your changes.
That’s it! Your updated payment method will be charged starting with your next billing cycle.
Security note: We never store your full credit card information. All payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted channels.
Non-Legacy Users
If you signed up for MedCircle through other channels or our main website, please contact our support team to cancel your subscription:
Contact Support - Reach out to our customer support team
Receive Portal Link - We'll provide you with a secure link to your customer portal
Complete billing update- Follow the instructions in the portal to update your billing details
