Common login solutions

Forgot your password?

  • Go to the MedCircle login page

  • Click "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password"

  • Enter your registered email address

  • Check your email for reset instructions (including spam folder)

  • Follow the link to create a new password

Remember your password but still can't log in?

  • Double-check your email address for typos

  • Ensure your caps lock isn't on

  • Try copying and pasting your email address

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Try logging in from a different browser or device

Not receiving password reset emails?

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Ensure [email protected] isn't blocked

  • Try adding our domain to your safe sender list

  • Contact support if you still don't receive the email

Account locked or suspended?

  • This rarely happens but can occur for security reasons

  • Contact support immediately for assistance

  • We'll restore your access quickly once we verify your identity

Using the customer portal vs. community login

  • Customer portal: For billing and subscription management

  • Community platform: For accessing content and discussions

  • Use the same email for both, but they may have different passwords
